We have a decent galley of custom projects from the past few years here, but you might not know we also have some great shots of customs on our Facebook page. Like this cheery Robin’s Egg Blue Cross Check we build a couple years back.
Nothing too fancy, just a comfy 1×9 city Porteur-type build with a clean blue and silver theme set off by choice bits of white and brown. We replaced the original Surly decals with some cleaner offerings from the original Pacer, and shellacked the cork grips to more closely match the Brooks B17 Special, but otherwise this build didn’t involve anything too out-of-the-ordinary. Just a clean presentation and smooth ride with the balloon tires.
